That mountain area in North Carolina is so beautiful! The house called “Honey Pot Hollow” was built in 1942. It’s in Sylva, North Carolina, on 14 acres of land. The house could use some repairs, but it’s still usable. I would move in and go room by room if it were my house. I would get rid of that flooring choice for sure. Look at those views! You can’t count areas that are below a certain height in the square footage.
